Wendall Hollis
Wendall Hollis was born north of Detroit in 1942. He moved to California with the family in 1958, became a Christian in 1960, graduated from UCLA in 1965 and from Dallas theological Seminary in 1970 with a Th.M. in Old Testament Studies. He was a classical music radio announcer, and assistant manager of a Christian book store, the pastor of a small Evangelical Free Church, and a fourth-grade teacher in a Christian school, before joining BEE International (now Entrust4) in 1985. He served in Vienna, Austria for nine years as the final editor of their curriculum, which was completed in 1994. He was then the director of Entrust4 annual all-staff conference.
In 1994, he returned to the United States to seek a Ph.D. in New Testament studies, which he received in December 2001 (from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School). He moved to Monument, Colorado in July 2001, where Entrust4 has its headquarters. He served as curriculum director from 2003 until recently, when he asked to step down to focus more on writing and editing. He also resumed his responsibilities as director of their biennial all-staff conference.
