When God Feels Silent
This Sunday, Seth will open God’s Word in Psalm 13 as we wrestle with one of the hardest questions of the Christian life: Why does God seem silent when we pray? When heaven feels quiet, it can be easy to wonder if God has forgotten us. But Scripture reminds us that God’s silence never means His absence. Come be encouraged as we discover how to trust God in the waiting, worship Him in the silence, and rest in the confidence that He is always at work—even when we cannot see it.

No First Hour for the month of August!
VCL family picnic at the forest preserve: On Friday, August 28 at 6 p.m. we will be hosting a picnic at the Half Day Forest Preserve at Shelter B. We’ll have worship and a chalk drawing to enjoy. Please pray about friends and neighbors who you would like to invite and sign up in the foyer to help us with planning for this event. Thank you!
