The path of faith is filled with victories and losses. It is our faith and hope in the great reward that keeps us moving forward after Christ. This Sunday, come as Pastor Jim Renke finishes Hebrews 11, and we hear the call of faith in all its glory!

And Starting in October: Brothers, Loved by God. Brotherhood weaves through Genesis and describes the Church now. Explore what being brothers and sisters mans throughout the Bible and how brotherhood impacts your connections with family, fellow Christians, and the global church.

Feed My Starving Children Packing Event. Join us on Saturday, September 27 from 9:00-10:45 am as we serve together at Feed My Starving Children. This is a wonderful opportunity for our church family to come alongside an organization working hard to wipe out hunger across the globe. Have you been baptized? We are making plans for baptisms on September 28 in our morning service. If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and you have not been baptized, this is your opportunity to obey the Lord in this key ordinance. Thursday Women’s Bible Study: All women are welcome to our weekly Bible Study. This fall we’ll be studying the theme of Jesus in the Old Testament using the book The Christ Key: Unlocking the Centrality of Christ in the Old Testament by Chad Bird. We’ll learn how consistent Scripture is in its revelation of Jesus as Messiah. Books are available for $20. We begin Thursday, 9/18, 930—11 am. Babysitting is provided. The Clothes of Righteousness is this year’s Women’s Saturday Gathering theme. All ladies are invited to our October 11 Gathering in the Great Room. We’ll focus on “Wearing our New Clothes.” We will talk about these “new clothes” and we will hear a video clip from Kathy Bhatia sharing about She is Safe. Growth Group kickoff! We’re inviting all growth group leaders, growth group members and anyone else interested in growth groups to a meeting with dessert(!) on this Sunday evening, September 21st at 6 p.m. here at church in the Great Room.
